MEMORY LANE ROCK MUSEUM is Denmark’s first rock, pop and youth museum.
Come see things and things about eg. Beatles, Rolling Stones, Jørgen de Mylius, Elvis, Abba, Queen, Sweet, Michael Jackson, Hitmakers, Gasolin, Walkers, Tøsendrengene, Aqua, EyeQ and ‘all the others’ from home and abroad. See the youth clothes of the time, film and concert posters, records, youth books, pop magazines, music equipment, teenage stuff, youth rebellions, hippies, proipes, about love life, etc.
Here is also the outfit from several well-known bands as well as a small section with Melodi Grandprix – and Danish top music, with eg. Keld Heick’s winning diploma from 1984. Also enjoy our large special department with beautiful old radios, tape recorders, gramophones, and TV sets. The rock collection belongs to collector/rock historian Poul Nowack and the radio collection Per Rasmus Møller.
The museum can be visited every day of the year between 8-16 (Sunday 8-12). NB. Guided tours and alternative opening hours may be possible. agreed. Entre. 25 kr.
